Maple Bacon Oven Pancake
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. bisquick 1 tbsp. sugar 3/4 c. milk 2 eggs
1/4 c. maple syrup 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine bisquick, sugar, milk, eggs, syrup and 1/2 c. cheese.
- Mix well.
- Pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
- Bake, uncovered, at 425 for 10-15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with bacon and remaining cheese.
- Bake 3-5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
- Serve with additional syrup if desired.
